What we collect
VIP Club signups: your name, and the phone number and/or email you choose to share, along with the exact consent language you agreed to and a timestamp.
Online orders: your name, phone, email (optional), and the items you order. Card payments are processed by Clover — we never see or store your card number.
Basic technical data needed to run the site securely (such as anti-spam verification).
How we use it
To prepare your orders and send order confirmations.
To send VIP Club offers by text and/or email — only if you opted in, and only from us.
To honor opt-outs immediately (reply STOP to any text; use the unsubscribe link in any email).
Our texting promise: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their marketing.
Who processes data for us
We use trusted service providers strictly to operate the business: Clover (order and payment processing), Twilio (sending our text messages), Resend (sending our emails), and our website and database hosting. They process your information only on our instructions and never for their own marketing.
Your choices
Texts: reply STOP to any message — removal is immediate. Reply HELP for help.
Emails: every promotional email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Everything else: call us at (732) 963-4490 or email jorgeramirez76@gmail.com to ask what we have or to request deletion.
Data retention & security
We keep VIP Club and order records only as long as needed to run the program and meet legal and tax obligations. Access is limited and protected.
Children
Our site and messaging programs are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
